Researcher Millward Brown acquires Dynamic Logic

New York—Millward Brown North America, an advertising, media, marketing communications and brand equity research company, has acquired Dynamic Logic, an online research company that measures and analyzes marketing effectiveness.

Dynamic Logic's interactive expertise will be coupled with Millward Brown's offline expertise to offer clients a broad range of services.

Nick Nyhan will remain president of what is now known as "Dynamic Logic—A Millward Brown company" and will report to Millward Brown CEO Mary Ann Packo.
