Responsys debuts customer permissions consolidation tool

San Bruno, Calif.—Email marketing company Responsys Inc. has announced a new service that unifies customer preferences and permissions across marketing channels. Responsys Interact Preference, part of the company's Interact Suite, enables marketers to collect and manage preferences across on- and offline channels. The new service, developed through a partnership with preference management company PossibleNOW Inc., can help reduce compliance risks that may lead to lawsuits, Responsys said in statement.
