Responsys launches social campaign management solution

San Bruno, Calif.—E-mail marketing company Responsys Inc. has introduced a tool to enable marketers to create, schedule, send and track social media marketing campaigns.

Responsys Interact, part of the company’s multichannel marketing suite, allows marketers to run campaigns through their company Facebook pages and corporate Twitter accounts with the same platform they use to run e-mail campaigns, according to the company. Marketers also can track revenue generated by each campaign and specific social channel.

Responsys Interact also allows for the tracking of recipients who share a company’s promotions with their peer networks.
