Palo Alto, Calif.--Responsys, an outsourced e-mail provider, rolled out new features to help marketers implement and monitor the deliverability of e-mail messages. The new services include a Deliverability Lab that lets marketers pre-test message content before a campaign is launched. Also new is a Deliverability Audit, which provides analytic and diagnostic services to measure and improve e-mail deliverability and ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation and industry best practices.
