San Bruno, Calif.—Marketing technology company Responsys Inc., continuing to move beyond its email service provider roots, has launched a more full-featured cloud-based marketing service.
Responsys' new Interact Marketing Cloud combines demographic, campaign response, behavioral, social and preference data into a prospect management tool. There are also new mobile capabilities that help marketers collect insights about mobile visitors, including clicks, conversions, pages viewed, browser and device OS and type, the company said in a statement.
Earlier this month, Responsys introduced
Interact Preference, a tool that enables marketers to collect and manage preferences across on- and offline channels.
