New York—The Magazine Publishers of America announced Tuesday the appointment of three new senior executives who will report to Nina Link, MPA's president-CEO.

Francis R. Costello has been named exec VP-general manager, a new position that consolidates the financial, membership and consumer marketing activities of the organization. Costello spent 25 years at R.R. Donnelly & Sons Co. in several roles, including president of magazines publishing services.

Andrew Jung was named exec VP-CMO, where his primary job will be promoting the “value of magazine media,” according to MPA. Jung was previously senior director-advertising and media for Kellogg Co.

Christopher Kevorkian was named exec VP-digital, a new position. He was previously at Business.com, VP-network and business development.

MPA also promoted Howard Polskin to exec VP-communications and events, from senior VP-communications and events.

“The restructuring of MPA will result in the departure of Richard O'Rorke, CFO, and Chuck McCullagh, senior VP-membership, at the end of September. Richard is leaving to spend more time with his family. Chuck is joining a technology company in the mobile space,” MPA said in a statement.
