Return Path, TechTarget to partner

New York—E-mail marketing company Return Path, through its market research division Authentic Response, has formed a partnership with TechTarget to combine the panelists of both companies.

TechTarget members, who regularly evaluate and select IT products and services, and Authentic Response’s existing pool of IT panelists combined total more than 3 million.

Separately, Return Path’s Authentic Response division announced it has appointed Mike Billingsley as VP-sales. Billingsley, a market research veteran, was previously managing director of sales and managing director of panels for Global Market Insite.
