Bedord, Mass.—RISI, a b-to-b information provider, Tuesday announced it has acquired The Seybold Report from CMP Technology.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Seybold Report, which is published bi-weekly, covers cross-media tools, technologies and trends related to print and Web publishing. Nancy Costra, marketing director of RISI, said the company does not divulge circulation figures for paid products.
Editorial includes industry commentary, product critiques, technology reviews and case studies. As part of the deal, RISI is also acquiring “The Seybold Bulletin,” a weekly e-mail report devoted to printing and publishing industry news.
