RMG Connect acquires Direct.com

New York—RMG Connect Worldwide, the global relationship agency of JWT, announced the acquisition of Direct.com, a provider of integrated marketing communications services.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

RMG Connect said the acquisition will enable it to provide more technology services and Hispanic marketing expertise to clients.

Miami-based Direct.com, which will retain its name, provides direct marketing, interactive marketing, technology development and merchandising services.

Direct.com CEO Lance Lazarus and Creative Director Douglas Fajardo will now report to Philip Greenfield, CEO of RMG Connect.
