Roska Direct gains Thomas Register account

Published on .

Montgomeryville, Pa.--Roska Direct said Thursday that it has signed a deal with Thomas Publishing Co. to represent all advertising for Thomas Register Online, the business trading hub that has 2 million registered users and 9 million monthly hits. The deal expands the relationship between Roska and Thomas Publishing, New York. The two companies have worked together for 16 years, but Web advertising has never before been the focus of the relationship. Thomas Register is a plum client because it developed an early lead in b-to-b e-commerce by Web-enabling its listings of standard industrial products and services. Roska Direct, which has $50 million in annual revenues, also counts Pfizer, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, PetFoodDirect.com, Proctor & Gamble Pharmaceutical, VerticalNet, HealthAxis.com and AEGON on its roster of clients.
