Published on .

New York—The Interactive Advertising Bureau announced that Randall Rothenberg is stepping down as president-CEO of the organization, effective Jan. 17. He is leaving to become chief digital officer of Time Inc.

A search has begun for a new IAB CEO, according to a memo from IAB Chairman David Moore posted on the IAB website and sent to members. Patrick Dolan, IAB exec VP-COO, will act as the organization's interim chief.

"Randall Rothenberg as president and CEO has been a superlative leader and will be missed," Moore wrote. "We are thrilled that he is becoming a senior executive at one of the IAB's largest member companies and we look forward to Randall's continued involvement with the association."
