Ruder Finn introduces IT health service

New York—Communications agency Ruder Finn announced the debut of a global IT health service to help healthcare providers and IT vendors use emerging technologies to reach customers. Jen Long, director of Ruder Finn's Technology & Innovation practice, will lead the offering. “Healthcare companies are seeking to improve communications, data sharing and patient engagement to achieve improved outcomes,” said Kathy Bloomgarden, CEO of Ruder Finn, in a statement. “As the use of emerging technologies increases, particularly smartphones, it is more important than ever for healthcare providers and health IT vendors to reach patients beyond the point of care to drive engagement and ultimately ensure optimal health.”
