Sabre chooses Aspect's call center technology

San Jose, Calif.--Travel technology company Sabre Inc. has selected Aspect Communications Corp.'s call center technology and Web software. Dubbed Aspect Enterprise Contact Server, the technology integrates, organizes, and routes customer inquiries from telephone, e-mail and the Web. Sabre call centers handle more than 1.3 million customer inquiries annually.
