Salesforce.com adds clients

San Francisco--Salesforce.com, a CRM provider, this week announced it has added two b-to-b companies to its client roster. It added Avery Dennison Corp., which markets labels and self-adhesive office products, and SunTrust Banks, a commercial banker. SunTrust signed on after testing the Salesforce.com product in a small pilot program. It will deploy the CRM service to 2,000 employees.

Separately, the company announced it has created the sforce Toolkit for IBM WebSphere, which will allow developers to use IBM Corp.’s WebSphere products to build CRM solutions that integrate with the salesforce.com platform.

The company also extended its integration with Sybase, a mobile software developer, to include Sybase IQ and Sybase Replication Server in addition to its original Sybase integration.
