Salesforce adds multilingual customer support

San Francisco—Lead management company Salesforce.com has launched multilingual customer support for its Desk.com help desk service, supporting 39 languages and regional dialects. The new features will be available Wednesday. Desk.com, which organizes customer requests from phone, email and social channels, will now have the capability to automatically route customer inquiries to agents fluent in the appropriate language and publish internal customer details in multiple languages, according to the company.
