Salesforce.com expands applications, announces new partnerships

New York—Salesforce.com, a Web-based customer relationship management provider, made a series of announcements Tuesday regarding new applications and partnerships.

The company introduced 22 applications for its AppExchange product that it debuted last month, giving customers added service and support.

In addition, Salesforce.com announced partnerships with Genesys, a call center technology company; Stream, a customer service outsourcing company; and LivePerson, a live online chat technology company. Salesforce.com will be integrated within each of the three company’s products.
