Salesforce for Google Apps debuts

Mountain View, Calif.—Google on Monday introduced Salesforce for Google Apps. The new product is available free to users and weds the collaboration and communication features of Google Apps with’s CRM applications. It brings together the most often-used features of e-mail, calendar/scheduling and documents in one on-demand location. The deal comes a little less than a year after Google partnered with to incorporate AdWords into its CRM applications.
