Salesforce.com integrates CRM with Outlook

San Francisco--Salesforce.com Wednesday announced it has integrated its CRM service with Microsoft Corp.'s Outlook e-mail application. The new set-up will allow sales and customer service personnel to send and receive Outlook e-mail messages and log relevant messages in Salesforce.com, without complicated exchange server integration.
