San Francisco--Salesforce.com and Mitsubishi Corp. Thursday announced an alliance to integrate their customer relationship management and supply chain management services. Mitsubishi said it would develop a new SCM system targeted initially at the food, beverage and franchise industries. The new system will incorporate salesforce.com's online CRM capabilities.
