San Francisco--Salesforce.com Inc., which delivers enterprise applications as online services, on Monday announced the availability of its customer relationship management service, with a monthly subscription fee of $50 per user. The service provides tracking, reporting, analysis and forecasting for sales, marketing and support organizations. Customers include Siemen's Power Transmission & Distribution Inc., Putnam Lovell Securities Inc., R.L. Polk & Co., Convergent Communications Services Inc. and Stonebridge Technologies Inc.
