San Francisco—Salesforce.com Inc. plans to point its Radian6 social listening application toward social sites in China and Russia to aid international businesses in gauging customer sentiment there. Radian6 will monitor leading social sites Sina Weibo in China and VKontakte in Russia for customer sentiment through a relationship Salesforce developed with those sites, the company said in a statement. Radian6 currently monitors social sites in 22 languages, according to the company. Salesforce said Radian6 real-time listening for Sina Weibo is scheduled to be available by the fourth quarter, while monitoring of VKontakte will be available in the second quarter of 2014. Pricing for the services has not yet been released.
