Salesforce, Woopra partner on behavioral customer data

San Francisco—Customer analytics company Woopra Inc. and Salesforce.com Inc. have partnered to add Woopra's behavioral data analytics to Salesforce's CRM process. Woopra for Salesforce analyzes customer actions on a website or application in real-time within Salesforce's lead and contact profiles, enabling sales and support staff to better understand customers' engagement, and to identify conversion candidates and risky accounts, Woopra said, in a statement. Users must have both Woopra and Salesforce accounts to access the new tool, Woopra said. The tool is available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
