Denver--Mondo Solutions, a specialist in customer relationship management software and consulting services, said Tuesday that it will take the sales lead optimization products of duexo Inc., Denver, and integrate them with SalesLogix software. The move marks an early example of Deuxo (pronounced "duo") software for real-time sales lead identification being integrated with the SalesLogix brand of sales-contact-management software produced by Interact Commerce Corp., Scottsdale, Ariz. The two companies, Interact and Deuxo, began a technology partnership in June. The idea is to rev up Interact's ACT! sales contact manager, used by 3.2 million sales people at 11,000 corporations, into a real-time CRM tool that slots leads generated over the Internet for immediate action. Mondo Solutions is licensing Deuxo for use with its existing clients, who tap Mondo to pre-qualify leads on their behalf.
