Seoul, South Korea—Samsung Electronics Co. announced a new advertising campaign in support of its 2006 Winter Olympic Games sponsorship, with a launch planned for early 2006. The campaign will include television, print and outdoor ads in selected markets around the world. Samsung will transfer certain account planning and creative responsibilities for its global brand campaign to Leo Burnett Co. early in 2006. Media and other marketing services remain with WPP Group.
