SAP announces new on-demand CRM product

Feb. 3 New York—SAP AG announced it has expanded its mySAP Customer Relationship Management solution to include a subscription-based, licensed on-demand option. The SAP CRM on-demand solution is designed to help large and midsize organizations manage sales, service and marketing. SAP said the sales component will be available immediately, and the marketing and customer service components will be unveiled later this year. In addition, IBM Corp. will extend its existing alliance with SAP to provide hosting services for the on-demand solution.
