Boston—Third Screen, a mobile advertising and marketing software and services company, has launched a mobile advertising management and delivery platform for advertisers and ad agencies.

The platform, MADX|Agency is designed to enable agencies and advertisers to reach large numbers of mobile subscribers by accessing ad inventory from a variety of content providers, according to the company.

MADX|Agency is the second in the company’s mobile product line. The first is MADX|Publisher, a platform for content providers.
