King of Prussia, Pa.--Sedona Corp. has entered an expansive CRM deal with Minneapolis-based Marquette Financial Cos., a prominent, privately owned bank with more than $6 billion in assets under management. Sedona, which develops direct marketing software for midsize businesses, will help Marquette broaden all its b-to-b and business-to-consumer CRM initiatives. Marquette, like other midsize banks, has to date built its CRM programs piecemeal. Using Sedona's turnkey Intarsia software, it will be able to incorporate all its CRM programs into a single platform. Executives at many midsize banks are keen on CRM programs, which can help them aggregate all their b-to-b client information into one database.
