Shaw, Tirelli join myCFO

San Francisco--myCFO, a Web-based financial adviser company started by Netscape Communications Corp. founder Jim Clark, has named Art Shaw its president and CEO, and Frank Tirelli its COO. Previously, Mr. Shaw was senior VP-electronic brokerage for San Francisco-based Charles Schwab & Co. and spearheaded Schwab's transformation from a discount brokerage to the world's largest online financial services company. Mr. Tirelli headed up consulting giant Deloitte & Touche's West region as managing partner. Mr. Clark will continue in his role as myCFO's chairman. myCFO offers its financial adviser services and Internet trading to high-net-worth individuals.
