Shoutlet gains $15 million in VC funding

Madison, Wis.—Social media marketing company Shoutlet Inc. has gained $15 million in venture capital investment in a deal led by FTV Capital. The funding will allow the company to hire 100 people over the next 18 months and open offices in Milwaukee, New York and San Francisco, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. This latest round brings Shoutlet's total funding to $24.2 million in outside investments. Shoutlet clients include AutoTrader.com and Canon Inc.
