Exhibitor comment: "Our market is continuing to grow. This show provided us with the venue to meet with hundreds of people who are mobilizing their businesses or planning for further growth," said Brian Johnson, senior VP-Americas and Asia-Pacific at mobile transaction network mBlox.
Breakdown: CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment continues to grow in a dynamic industry. This year international attendees represented about 20% of the show's audience. The organization focuses on identifying and dominating vertical markets where mobile technology has emerging or growing applications. "You need to meet the needs of the verticals so there is not a show that springs up just for [one segment]," Mesirow said. —C.W.
