San Mateo, Calif.--Siebel Systems this week launched a TV campaign aimed at corporate decision-makers responsible for CRM decisions. The campaign is running on MSNBC, CNN Headline News, CNBC and ESPN. It will be followed by an online campaign on Web sites including Forbes.com and WSJ.com.The campaign was created by Venables Bell, San Francisco.
