Chicago—Slack Barshinger has been named 2006 Agency of the Year by the Business Marketing Association. The award is presented annually to the U.S. b-to-b marketing communications agency that is judged the best at creating sustainable competitive advantage for its clients through its work.
Slack Barshinger was selected from six qualifying agencies in BMA’s 31st Annual Pro-Comm Awards competition.
The agency captured 15 awards, including five in print advertising and four in public relations.
Clients represented by the agency’s work included eBay, Dairy Management, Tellabs, Audit Bureau of Circulations, Hostway, MasterTaste, Underwriters Laboratories and CareerBuilder.com.
The award represents the third time Slack Barshinger has received BMA’s Agency of the Year designation since 1995.
