Small business provider goes to farm

Fremont, Calif.--Everdream Corp. said it has signed a co-marketing agreement with Powerfarm Inc. to sell its e-commerce IT expertise to Powerfarm.com customers. The deal gives Fremont, Calif.-based Everdream a way to reach small town banks and large regional farm suppliers. Powerfarm is a subsidiary of AgServices of America Inc. Powerfarm will provide on its Web site a range of Everdream's services, including applications for automatically backing up farm computer records, virus protection and Web-based e-mail. Financial terms of the co-marketing agreement were not disclosed.
