Smart Direct to offer online, offline mail

DataMark, a Nashville-based direct mail and database marketing company, and its online counterpart, SmartReminders.com, announced last month they would become part of a new private holding company, Smart Direct Inc. The addition of SmartReminders.com will allow DataMark to expand into the opt-in e-mail market.
