SmartLead integrates sales force automation into its lead management system

Cedar Rapids, Iowa—Sales lead management company AdTrack has integrated sales force automation capabilities into its SmartLead lead management system.

The SFA service also is available as a standalone product called SmartLeadPLUS.

The Web-based SmartLead service captures inquiries in a single, client-specific database; qualifies inquiries based on business criteria; ranks leads; cultivates inquiries for sales actions; and provides reports for ROI analysis, according to the company.
