Social media… terrific, but not a replacement for your website

Though social media can be a valuable tool, Bill Gadless reminds marketers not to forget the basics when it comes to the company website. He writes: “Despite a fair level of continuing skepticism about social media, we've heard voices from the polar-opposite camp suggesting that businesses embrace social to the extent of actually abandoning their websites! We think that's a really bad idea.”
