SourceMedia names Manoni to replace Malkin as CEO

By Published on .

New York—Financial media company SourceMedia has named Doug Manoni as its new CEO, according to an internal memo from Martin Maleska, chairman of SourceMedia Holdings. Manoni succeeds Jim Malkin, who has left the company, which publishes American Banker and Bond Buyer. Manoni was named exec VP of SourceMedia in 2008 and was previously CEO of Wicks Business Media. Additionally, Rich Antoneck, who had been senior VP-financial operations at Source Media, has been named CFO. He succeeds Bill Johnston, who is also leaving the company. "Jim and Bill provided excellent leadership during a very difficult time when not only the world of media was changing but when the nation was enduring the worst recession in 70 years," Maleska wrote in the memo.
