Carol Stream, Ill.--Specialty Publishing Co. announced Monday its relaunch of E-com
as a Web-based magazine. The company said the move was prompted by the proliferation of b-to-b magazines covering the e-commerce marketplace. While E-com
will look and read like a traditional print magazine, technology will enable its audience to use the information in a more interactive manner. Each month, more than 90,000 subscribers will receive a printed map directing them to the Web to access the magazine's content.
