Taking a page from Elisabeth K├╝bler-Ross' "On Death and Dying," Marketo presents "The Five Stages of Marketing Accountability." After starting off like Kubler-Ross with "Denial," Marketo then veers off in its own direction. Considering where it's all leading, that's probably a good thing. All in all, it's an interesting piece, with plenty of links to previous postings that expand on the topics addressed.
