Stagnito Media buys Carbonview Research

Deerfield, Ill.-Stagnito Media announced it has acquired Carbonview Research, a provider of primary market research and analysis for consumer packaged goods manufacturers, retailers and agencies. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Rich Ratcliff, president of Carbonview, is joining Stagnito Media as senior VP to run Carbonview Research, which becomes a freestanding division. “This is a perfect fit for our current research capabilities, and the acquisition continues our investment in extending our value to the retail market,” said Harry Stagnito, president-CEO of Stagnito Media, in a statement. This is the second acquisition for Stagnito Media this month; the company announced the purchase of Tesoro Business Media on Sept. 13.
