Stein+Partners Brand Activation, IAS merge to form SteinIAS

New York—Stein+Partners Brand Activation, New York, and IAS b2b Marketing, London, announced an agreement to merge and form a new agency to be called SteinIAS. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. SteinIAS Americas will be based in New York and led by Tom Stein, president of SteinIAS Americas. SteinIAS EMEA and Asia will be based in Manchester, England, and led by Rob Morrice, managing director of SteinIAS EMEA and Asia. The agency also has offices in London and Paris, and announced it will open a new office in Shanghai to serve the Chinese market. Stein+Partners Brand Activation and IAS have been working as partners in the Business Branding Network, a network of independent b-to-b agencies. “By creating SteinIAS, we are better meeting the needs of many of our existing clients and providing a more robust capability for major brands with global, regional and local marketing requirements,” Stein said, in a statement.
