Stein+Partners Brand Activation promotes Kohnen to CMO

New York—B-to-b advertising agency Stein+Partners Brand Activation has promoted Ted Kohnen to the newly created position of CMO. Kohnen, who joined Stein+Partners in 2007, was previously VP-integrated marketing. In his new role, he will lead the agency's global expansion efforts while continuing to work with its integrated marketing unit. He will also be in charge of Stein+Partners' participation in the Business Branding Network, a global network of independent b-to-b advertising and marketing agencies. “In his expanded role, we are looking to Ted to accelerate our growth domestically and globally by building existing client relationships and leading our own thought leadership and marketing efforts around the world,” said Tom Stein, president-CEO of Stein+Partners Brand Activation, in a statement.
