Study finds Web sites lack PR savvy

Fremont, Calif.--Nielsen Norman Group has issued a report that says journalists are unable to get answers to basic financial and corporate information from Web sites 60% of the time they visit. In a report dubbed "Designing Websites to Maximize Press Relations," NN Group outlines more than 30 measures corporate marketers can take to make their sites easier for the media to use. NN Group specializes in designing user interfaces for corporate Web sites and applications.
