SugarCRM launches on-demand solution for small businesses

Cupertino, Calif.—Open-source customer relationship management company SugarCRM has introduced a new, on-demand product, Super Express, aimed at individuals and small businesses.

Sugar Express features core sales, marketing and support features, including plug-ins for Microsoft Office, a function for creating custom modules and integration with such third-party data services as Hoover’s and Jigsaw. Sugar Express is priced at $499 a year for up to five users, or $799 annually up to 10.

The company’s more robust professional and enterprise CRM products are also being offered on the company’s Sugar Open Cloud software-as-a-service platform.
