Summit Business Media founder Reilly dies

New York—William F. Reilly, chairman of Summit Business Media, died Friday after a long battle with cancer. He was 70.

Reilly, former chairman-CEO of Primedia, formed Summit in partnership with private equity firm Wind Point Partners to acquire Highline Media and Pfinsten Publishing in November 2006. He stepped down as CEO of Summit in July, appointing Andrew Goodenough as his successor.
