Santa Clara, Calif.—Sun Microsystems has put its U.S. creative advertising account into review, according to a Sun spokeswoman. The size of the account was not disclosed.
Only agencies with offices in the San Francisco Bay area will be invited to participate.
Omnicom Group's Arnell Group, New York, is the incumbent on the account. It is not clear whether Arnell will participate in the review.
Sun’s media account, handled by Publicis Groupe's Starcom, is not affected.
Select Resource International, San Francisco, has been hired to assist in the review.
