Survey finds problems with spam filters

New York--Spam filters remain problematic, according to telephone survey results from researcher RoperASW and e-mail provider Bigfoot Interactive. More than a third (38%) of respondents said they have not received e-mail sent by a trusted source because those messages were caught in a spam filter. Another 29% said they had requested communications from a trusted source delivered to a "junk mail" folder in their e-mail program.
