Survey says marketers too rushed

Menlo Park, Calif.--A tight deadline squashes good ideas, advertising and marketing executives said in a report issued late Thursday. The Creative Group Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based staffing company, said that 47% of advertising and marketing executives identified quick turnaround as the cause for poor execution of advertising and sales strategies. That figure was well ahead of lack of inspiration, which checked in at 14%. Creative Group hired an independent research firm to conduct the study.
