Published on .

New York—Symphony Publishing, a publisher of music-related magazines, announced it has acquired the assets of Earnshaw Publications, publisher of Earnshaw’s Infants, Girls and Boys Wear Review, Footwear Plus and Small World, and the corresponding Web sites.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Symphony tapped Ross Garnick as group publisher. He was previously a consultant and will be instrumental in relaunching the children’s apparel magazines and establishing a New York office.

He succeeds Tom Hudson, who was among Earnshaw’s former owners.
