Syncapse acquires social ad company Clickable

New York—Social media management company Syncapse Corp. has acquired Clickable Inc., a social and search advertising management company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Allthingsd.com estimated the price at about $33 million, the amount of Clickable's venture funding to date. Clickable, a Facebook Ads API partner, will add social media publishing, compliance, multichannel data management and measurement intelligence to the Syncapse lineup of services, according to Syncapse. Syncapse will relocate its headquarters from Toronto to Clickable's New York offices. Syncapse's current lineup of clients, including Amway, Anheuser-Busch Cos. and L'OrĂ©al Group, will be augmented by such Clickable clients as clothier Ann Inc. and Medco Health Solutions.
